Dance

The Starliners Dance Program competes in the Tri-Metro Conference and will be in Section 3AA (High Kick and Jazz) for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years.  

The team has won four straight Tri-Metro Conference Championships. 

AHA typically offers two levels of participation to all students in grades 7 through 12 - Varsity and JV.  Practices are held on weekdays starting at either 4:00 or 5:30 PM.  Practices are 2 to 2-1/4 hours each day and focus on conditioning, strength, technique, and preparing for each competition.
